January 3, 2007 : Fly BACK to Kuala Lumpur with Stacey for our last night in Malaysia where JP will be practicing his cuisine on us! yum - will it be magically delicious, and weird??
January 4, 2007 : Back to the airport to hop on a plane to Phuket! Hello Thailand!

Two things you can practice on the 21 hr flight: 1) eating with the fingertips of your right hand (food tastes better, I swear!); and 2) wiping food-laden hand with toilet paper (which they call "napkin").
